Houston Rockets Playoff Game

Tuesday night Dad and I drove down to Houston to go to Game 5 of the NBA playoffs between Utah and Houston. Paul Atkinson set us up with a great package so we could take Brad and Brian - probably the two biggest Rockets fans in the world! It was a great time. We received free tickets, hats and shirts as well as passes to get in to the Lexus Club - a high priced lounge area where big spenders and former players/celebrities hang out during the games. We had a great time! The Rockets were down 3-1 in the series and won the game so they remained alive to play Game 6.

Clutch - the Rockets mascot - came to meet us in the Lexus Club and presented Brad with a basketball autographed by the team.

We were given passes to go to the Lexus Club at halftime and Brad recognized Cuttino Mobley so he got to take a picture with him.

Alice's Birthday

Alice turned two on April 26. So here are some pics of her over the past two years. We have had some good times going running, hiking in the mountains, taking the jet ski out to Lake Bryan, playing with friends and their kids and tearing up my backyard! Happy Birthday Alice!

Here is a pic of two of my favorite beings. Anyone one knows Gates knows that he is not very fond of dogs. Alice on the other hand loves everyone so while Gates was crashed on the floor of my room Alice decided to join him. We were all waiting for Gates to wake up and freak out when he saw Alice laying next to him. He never did wake up.

The Hanna's, Leftwich's, David and Chris came up to the cabin for a week and on Elisabeth's birthday we hiked up to the waterfall. Everyone was taking family pics so I figured Alice and I better do it too.

Chris came in town to visit for the first time in over 2 years so Josh, Sheridan and the fam came up from Corpus. We had a great weekend hanging out together for the first time in a long time.
